Cancellation Policy

Please read over our policy before booking. BOOKING It is important that you book at least two weeks in advance. Any booking less than two weeks will be subject to late fees. Please be aware that you must check in to your hotel before we decorate; we do NOT book hotel rooms or check in for clients. Apartment, Airbnb, and Condos will be an additional fee of $70 with a copy of your ID. All spaces must be clean before services will start. DEPOSITS Fifty percent of the total amount is required to book. The remaining balance is DUE the day of your event. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE we accept payments through Zelle and by invoice. CANCELLATION Your booking is confirmed upon deposit which is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking for any reason, the deposit can be transferred to a new booking, and must re-book within 3 weeks. After 3 weeks you will have to resubmit a quote and a new deposit. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. TRAVEL We offer decorating services throughout DFW area. There will be a commuting fee for locations 25 miles radius outside of DFW area. HOTEL If you are already staying at the hotel before your event date please ensure that the room is cleaned and ready before our arrival. Please put away all personal items as we will not be responsible for them. We will NOT decorate a dirty room or wait for housekeeping to clean your room and your appointment will be cancelled… If you're more than 15 minutes late there will be an additional charge of $80 and must pay in full or your appointment will be cancelled and no refund given! DECORATION Decoration will take 2-3 hours to complete depending on the size of the room and your package of choice. You can’t be present in the room while we are decorating please plan according to your decor time. You are solely responsible for cleaning up unless you booked our next day cleaning service at an additional cost of $95 please keep in mind that the hotel will charge you extra for leaving the room a mess.
